On June 6, 2018 Hellmann Israel hosted a delegation of German Officials from Osnabrück, the place where Hellmann Worldwide Logistics was founded in 1871. Accompanied by several business representatives from renowned German corporations, Wolfgang Griesert, Lord Mayor of the City of Osnabrück visited our Israel based partner. The delegation was anxious to learn about Israel politics and economy from the point of view of Israelis who are involved in International trade and services.
The visit at Hellmann Israel marked the ending of a 5 day stay in Tel Aviv, Jerusalem and Be’er Sheva, initiated by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK) Osnabrück-Emsland-Grafschaft Bentheim, a booming region in Northwestern Germany. Their ambition was to check for new markets and identify potential customers.
On behalf of Hellmann Israel, Avi Cohen, Michael Mograbi and Gal Sarig, all of which Co General Managers, as well as Shay Mograbi, VP Import and Sales, Doron Yanai, Commercial Manager and Mrs. Ariela Livnat, Sales Person, welcomed their guests.
“The dialogue was fluent without any barriers and in a matter of minutes the atmosphere was as pleasant as we know from our worldwide Hellmann F.A.M.I.L.Y. Good contacts were made not only business wise, but also on a personal level. Being great believers in creating good relations between people by meeting and talking to each other face to face rather than exchanging of mails, we think this was an excellent opportunity that went beyond all expectations”, says Avi Cohen, CEO Hellmann Israel.
